This course is intended for those that would perform the day-to-day administrative tasks for a MaxACD system.  Typically, this will be the same user(s) that manage the Lync infrastructure at a company where MaxACD is deployed.  Subjects covered include creating and managing extensions and workgroups, auto attendants, and system backups.

Prerequisite:  Completion of the MaxACD User Training course

Syllabus

MaxAgent for Lync is a Windows desktop application that allows workgroup agents to manage workgroup calls from their computers. It gives agents direct access to call handling and other functions, including viewing caller data sent with an incoming call, exporting and printing workgroup queue and performance data, viewing queue data and other workgroup-related statistics, agent’s performance, and member login/logout.  

Guest access is allowed for this course.

This course is intended for those that would perform the day-to-day administrative tasks for a MaxACD system.  Typically, this will be the same user(s) that manage the Lync infrastructure at a company where MaxACD is deployed.  Subjects covered include creating and managing users, workgroups, IVRs, configuration of call routing, and workhours.
